Feedback from the VeggieEvents veggie and comedy evening
on 28 January 2007

Just to say many congrats on organising a great event in such an unusual setting! Not sure Brentwood Theatre has ever had such scrummy food within its walls, The main comedian and link, Geoff Innocent(?), was great, and extremely professional.

The food was absolutely gorgeous with many different flavours and dishes to try although we filled up before we could try all of them. All the more reason for another event!!

The entertainment was really good and we enjoyed the evening talking to many interesting people on our table, made up of a lady from USA a journalist and a teacher and we talked non stop all evening.

It would be a really lovely idea to have speakers on subjects like healthy living, conservation, the world around us in all its forms, the organic movement and maybe complementary treatments like Reflexology, life coaching etc.

Thank you for the effort you had put into this event, my daughter and I would definitely come along to future events.

Many thanks for putting all the effort into making the event happen....I agree that it was a great success, and my wife & I would be very happy to participate in further events.....

The food on the whole was v.good at this event (and plenty of it)

The comedy was fun...Mr. Innocent was great

The 'value for money' was good....no complaints at all...a night out for the money was great.

Wouldn't hesitate to attend another event...

Other entertainment ?.... Well we are always up for a musical event

A general talk on 'the history of' / 'different types of' and 'what you can find around you' on herbalism would be interesting

Also, talks from the main animal charities we all love & would probably be well received (Animal Aid / Dr.Hadwen Trust / WWF / League Against Cruel Sports / Animal Asia / etc, etc)...maybe even an evening with a few different speakers....

Talks from Veggie foodies, and if possible veggie/vegan food demos would be cool....most Veggies I speak to all have an interest in broadening their diet / learning what others eat....!!
